Community Survey 2026
Town of North Brentwood

We invite you to participate in our community survey; it’s part of the important outreach initiative by the Mayor and Town Council.

Your feedback will help us to better understand community needs, priorities, and opportunities for improvement. The survey is quick to complete; your responses will directly support future planning efforts.

SURVEY DEADLINE: JULY 30

There are several ways to take the survey:

1) PAPER FORM: download and complete the Town Survey. Take the completed form to the Town Office or the Office dropbox.

2) EMAIL: We're working on an emailable survey in SurveyMonkey. To receive the email survey, subscribe to Town emails in the footer of this website.

 

3) ONLINE: We have also created the survey using Google Docs. (Some users have had access issues for these. If you experience that issue, please complete the survey using the downloadable PDF forms or subscribe to emails to receive the email survey.)
